Gamerscore Milestone: 18000 Points

This evening, my Xbox/Games For Windows Live Gamerscore exceeded 18000 points. The achievement that put me over this plateau was “Freeflow Combo 5 (5G)” from Batman: Arkham Asylum. My current count for achievements is 1064 individual achievements across 124 games, totaling 18030 points. The average value of each achievement is 16.95 points, with an average count of 145.40 points per game (Xbox.com reports 20.4% gamerscore completion and 26.31% achievement completion, with seven fully-completed games). It took 68 days to reach this point from the previous plateau of 17000 on February 15th, 2011. 73 achievements were collected in this time, totaling 1030 points, with an average value of 14.11 points, and a collection rate of one achievement approximately every 22 hours, 21 minutes, and 22 seconds.

The Season Of Dis-Content

Honestly, today was the first opportunity I’ve had in a very long time to sit down and do up a blog post. Then I managed to contract terminal writer’s block and have nothing of any substance or value to provide to you folks. I apologize.

If I get the chance and the motivation to do so this weekend I’ll set aside an hour or so and give folks the rundown on how things have been progressing. In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out a way to integrate Tumblr into my content-generation routines, and coming up kind of short. What I have put up today, though, should go a long way towards alleviating my disquiet.
